Stephen has been Managing Director of Key Capital since 2013, and been responsible for the formation, finance and sale of over $3.3b in property trust investments. Stephen is the Chief Investment Officer for the Key Capital Property Fund, Syndicates, and investment mandate/strategies for private wholesale clients.
Stephen’s career includes international investment experience working for companies such as Federation Shopping Centres, AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, Wesfarmers (ASX: WES subsidiary Bunnings Building Supplies), and General Manager – Investment & Distribution with the Netwealth group.
Stephen acts on commercial debt transactions for clients and is authorised to provide credit advice to both retail and wholesale clients.
Stephen is a member of the Key Capital Compliance Committee, Finance Investment Committee and Remuneration Committee. Stephen is a Responsible Manager for the Australian Financial Services Licence.

George is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA). He brings with him over 45 years of senior management experience with local and international property funds, tourism and hospitality, NFP membership, and manufacturing-based companies. George also works with a number of private clients that own hotels, medical centres, shopping centres, and supermarkets.
As Chief Executive Officer of Flag International Hotels Limited (now known as Choice Hotels), George was responsible for finance and corporate services, governance, marketing, sales and relationship management. His particular skills lie in being able to identify opportunities for improving profitability and management outcomes.
George has an excellent understanding of Australian commercial property markets and has been a Director of Key Capital since 2013.
George is a member of the Key Capital Finance Investment Committee and Remuneration Committee. George is a Responsible Manager for the Australian Financial Services Licence.

Agent and Officer of Effective Control
James built his reputation as a real estate specialist in the top echelon of corporate agency life in the 1980s and 1990s. He has always been willing to share his knowledge, insight and craft with the Key Capital board to maximise property investment performance.
James spent much of his corporate agency life in the role of Director and Head Auctioneer and has been involved on both the buy/sell side of many landmark commercial transactions. After 20 years in agency life, James transitioned into the construction industry where he held the role of General Manager - Marketing & Development at Vaughan Constructions for 10 years. Following this role, James became the CEO of the Permezel Family Office & Investment business.
James recently completed the redevelopment and construction of a micro-brewery and restaurant/retail precinct located at one of Queensland's fastest growing tourist destinations, Magnetic Island.
James has been a long-standing substantial investor in Key Capital projects and Director since 2010.

Melanie is responsible for Retail Strategy & HR. She has an excellent understanding of Australian retail trends and retail property.
During her career of over 20 years, Melanie has been involved in education, training, professional development and retail management. She has worked for Myer and IKEA. Melanie specialises in social media marketing and is the co-founder and Director of one of Australia’s fastest growing online retailers. The business has online coverage of over 100k followers across social media platforms and sells products to collectors around Australia and the world.
Melanie has an excellent understanding of Australian property markets and has been involved as senior member of the Key Capital team transacting over $100m of retail property. She was instrumental in providing support, advice and strategy to the Directors for the remixing concepts of various redevelopments including the Wangaratta Homemaker Centre located at Parfitt Road, Wangaratta.
Key Relationship Manager
B.Bus, Licensed Estate Agent, (RG146)
Brad is an experienced business development professional with over 25 plus years in the real estate industry. He has extensive skills in sales and negotiation, managing clients expectations, training and retail sales/rentals.
He is a fully licensed real estate agent and auctioneer meaning he understands all facets of running a business and is very knowledgeable on the property industry. Being a strong sales professional, he has worked in numerous roles in the retail industry and completed a business marketing degree at Monash University.
Companies that Brad has worked for include Ray White Real Estate, Woodards Real Estate and Harvey Norman. Due to his experience within the property industry he has also consulted for numerous private clients and companies needing advice and assistance.
Throughout his career he has created lifelong relationships with clients who have transacted multiple times with him and continue to enjoy the knowledge and advice provided to them.
Brad understands the property market and development process which provides past and present clients with a wealth of knowledge to invest with confidence.
